External renovations/redecoration to a listed building
For this property it was a complete restorative repair and redecoration from slate replacement and render repairs, chimney repairs and restoration and replacement and repairs to facias and barge boards and window restoration and replacement along with a complete redecoration. The repairs had to be correct and sympathetic with the building as it is listed. Period-appropriate guttering and drainage solutions using traditional materials and proven methods to protect this listed building from weather damage.
